Domesticating a Foreign Document in Pennsylvania for future service

Pennsylvania is among three-dozen-plus states (as well as the District of Columbia and the U.S. Virgin Islands) that has adopted the Uniform Interstate Deposition and Discovery Act (UIDDA), 42 Pa.C.S. §§ 5331-37.

Step one:

In order to save time and fully comply with Pennsylvania rule of civil procedure you must first download the form PRAECIPE FOR ARGUMENT fill it out with an original signature and Fedex the completed form to us along with the subpoena from your state and a list of council. The court charges to file and again to issue each domesticated subpoena.

Step two:

Grab a coffee and a book to read while we do the work. Receive our invoice via Email and pay it promptly as the funds will go to pay the fee for submittal and fuel… (lets go brandon…) If you are concerned about being a Pro Se` litigant maybe check out the article below. Use the Learn more tab.

Step three:

Once the court has issued the subpoena that you paid to have served we will pickup the documents and serve them to the individual or business listed. We go after all persons of interest hard. We check with neighbors knock on doors and interview people around the individual making it hard to near impossible to avoid. Worst case scenario you pay us to sit and wait for an individual to appear. Either way we get the job done, fast and correct. That’s what we get paid to do. Use the link below to hire us today.

We have used Beyond for about a year now. We tried other companies but our loyalty has to be with the fast and reliable.
