Domesticating a Foreign Document in Pennsylvania for future service

Pennsylvania is among three-dozen-plus states (as well as the District of Columbia and the U.S. Virgin Islands) that has adopted the Uniform Interstate Deposition and Discovery Act (UIDDA), 42 Pa.C.S. §§ 5331-37.
